Toledo, Ohio –Saturday, November 7th, Imagination Station is opening its doors to educators in a unique opportunity to explore Toledo’s award winning science center up close and hands-on, at no cost to them.

Imagination Station promises to immerse visitors of every age in a multi-sensory experience that’s as fun as it is educational. Having successfully merged the best of the former COSI Toledo science center exhibits with dynamic new additions and enhancements, over $1 million in capital renovations, funding provided by the Ohio Cultural Facilities Commission, has taken place to create a destination where families can explore, learn and grow together.

All Educators (Teachers, Principals, Superintendents, Curriculum Directors, Parent Organization Leaders) are invited to come down and spend their time exploring the new science center. All of our programs are aligned to academic content standards in both Ohio and Michigan, making us a valuable partner in their classroom.

Admission cost will be waived for Educators that show proper identification. All non-educator guests will need to pay regular admission. As a reminder, Lucas County residents, 12 and under, get free admission every Saturday when accompanied by an adult. RSVP’s are requested by calling 419.244.2674 ext. 159.

The Imagination Station, located on the downtown Toledo riverfront, is a science center dedicated to delivering science and technology based programming to youth and their families throughout Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan.
