Guidelines for Event Submissions

Public Events features arts & entertainment events in Toledo and Northwest Ohio. Listings are collected from event coordinators, art organizations, venues, and the GTCVB staff. All submissions will be reviewed and approved by the GTCVB staff before appearing on the site. The GTCVB reserves the right to edit any submissions. Although we do check the details of the events for spelling errors, we do not take responsibility for inaccurate information. Please contact us if you notice inaccurate information in event listings.

When entering events:

Make sure you select the proper category for the event.
Include your contact information so we can contact you in case we have questions.
Fill out all information required as completely as possible. Listings with missing information are less likely to get posted.
Enter the event at least 2 weeks prior to event date (not mandatory, but recommended.)
Proofread your event(s) before submission.
