Please read these rules carefully before participating in this contest. By signing up for this contest, you signify your assent to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not sign up. Please check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued participation in this contest following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.

1. To participate in Find It in Toledo, you must be a do Card holder. If you are not a do Card holder, you will be signed up for the card when you sign up for this contest.
2. No purchase is necessary to get a do Card or participate in Find It in Toledo.
3. To participate in Find It in Toledo, you must have a valid address, access to the Internet and be 13 years of age or older.
4. Find It in Toledo will run from May 12, 2008 through July 6, 2008.
5. Participants can earn points in Find It in Toledo in several ways. (1) Each participant will earn 500 points just for signing up (yahoo!). (2) If you've played Find It before and are already registered, your account will start with 600 "Frequent Find It Player" points. (3) Participants will earn 50 points each week they sign in to the contest. (4) Participants will earn 100 points for each question they answer correctly - up to 300 points each week. (5) Participants will earn 1,000 points (yes, I said 1,000) when a friend signs up for the contest (sorry, each participant is only eligible for this bonus one time). The maximum number of points a participant can accumulate is 4,300.
6. There are three prize levels. (1)1,800 points (2) 2,600 points (3) 3,400 points.
7. Except where required by law or provided for in the contest rules, Find It in Toledo points have no cash value. Points are surrendered for award redemption only.
8. Participants may turn in their points to claim a prize at any level. Once points are redeemed, participants will start accumulating new points as the contest continues. (But be advised, the maximum number of points available is 4,300. If you give up your points for a cool prize early, it will be more difficult to make it to the top level and be entered for the grand prize.)
9. About that grand prize. All participants who accumulate and keep 3,400 to 4,300 points until the end of the day on July 6, 2008 will be entered into a drawing for a grand prize.
10. To redeem your points for cool prizes, just select your prize and click the 'Redeem' button. Available prize quantities are displayed. Because of high demand and traffic to the site, inventory displayed may vary from actual available. All requests are time stamped and are a first come, first served basis. If inventory is depleted prior to the time stamp of your request, you will be notified in order to make a different selection from available prizes. Points will be refunded if prizes are not available. All points must be redeemed on or before July 6, 2008.
11. The Greater Toledo Convention and Visitors Bureau reserves the right to limit the number and type of prizes available for each prize level. Prizes are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
12. The winner of the grand prize of Find It in Toledo agrees that the Greater Toledo Convention and Visitors Bureau can use his or her name in publicity and media materials.
13. The Greater Toledo Convention and Visitors Bureau reserves the right to discontinue membership privileges and/or void all or a portion of a participant's point balance if the points have been issued, received or redeemed through computer error, fraud or theft, through illegal means or in a manner not authorized in these rules.
14. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate the Find It in Toledo contest and to alter, limit, modify or add to the Find It in Toledo contest rules, regulations, terms and conditions, including but not limited to imposing time limits and changes in point values, rewards and reward levels, all without prior notice, at any time.
15. We occasionally send mailings to do Card holders. If you prefer not to receive such mailings, please visit doToledo.org to update your account profile.
16. Employees of the Greater Toledo Convention and Visitors Bureau, the SeaGate Convention Centre and associated agencies are not eligible to participate in this contest.
