Convention Services

We know that planning an event or conference can be overwhelming and extremely time-consuming for even the most efficient meeting or event planner.

Our Convention Services department can help thoughout all phases of your event; from the earliest planning to the departure of your last delegate. Prior to your conference, we can start you off with a pre-convention counseling meeting or provide assistance with promoting your conference or convention in the coming year. We won't stop there. Our convention services department can help with suggestions for spouse tours, off-site activities, entertainment options and much more. Once your delegates arrive in our city, they will be provided with information on the city in the form of welcome packets or even a staffed information table.

Need help with registration? We can provide, at a nominal fee, registration staff to assist you with every phase of your registration process.

If you need a specific product or service, we will act as a link between you, the meeting planner and the many Toledo product and service providers. Since we know our city and all of its capabilities, feel free to call on us for assistance.

Your convention services contact is Sherri Hudson.

Testimonials

"I visited Toledo last weekend for a wedding. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the downtown area. I couldn't get over how clean the streets and sidewalks were. I live in Columbus, Indiana, an All-American city. We pride ourselves on our beautiful architecture and take great pride as well in how well our town appears to visitors. Toledo is one up on us in that regard. Congratulations for your city putting its best foot forward!"
