Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority

As a public agency the Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority is responsible for the development and promotion of the Port of Toledo, the operation and management of Toledo Central Union Plaza train station, and Toledo's two airports, Toledo Express and Metcalf Field.
